3D-COSI ~ 3D Collection of Surgical Instruments.

Prior to the deep learning era, the wide application of statistical shape model (SSM) in the medical domain is evidence that shapes are commom in medical imaging. Inspired by the well-known ShapeNet and Princeton ModelNet in the field of computer graphics (CG) and vision (CV), the goal of MedShapeNet is to promote the translation of methods developed in the context of CG/CV to clinical applications.

Database of 500 High-resolution Healthy Human Skulls and 29 Craniotomy Skulls and Implants.

The multicenter datasets include 56 CTA scans from mostly healthy aortas, covering the aortic arch and its branches and the abdominal aortas with the iliac arteries. Furthermore, we include segmentations (masks) of the aortas and its branches (aortic vessel trees) as binary mask images.
