Lorenz Antonio Beitlich received his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen, Germany, in 2020. He worked at Robert Bosch GmbH in Japan in the field of image processing software and at Siemens Healthineers AG, Germany, in the field of CT imaging technologies. He continued his studies in medicine at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany, and successfully passed the second state examination in 2024. His main interests are medical imaging, smart technologies/wards, artificial intelligence, and the implications of these technologies in clinical settings and patient setups.
